Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship our products only in India.
Most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. It takes 2-3 days for orders to be processed before shipment.
Once your order is ready for dispatch we will be sharing the tracking details over WhatsApp or email.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled. Please note that a variation of up to 10% in finishing and colour is not considered a defect, as all Navah products are handmade and unique. Each piece may vary slightly, adding to its individuality and charm.
For custom orders placed via WhatsApp or Instagram, manufacturing will begin only after full payment is received. Once the order is ready, Navah will share a shipment confirmation prior to dispatch.
